Role Overview
As an SDE 2 at Trupeer.ai, you'll focus on hands-on coding, system design, feature implementation, and optimizing the scalability and performance of our products. This role emphasizes individual technical ownership, efficient problem-solving, and a strong shipping mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using GoLang, React (Next.js), NodeJS, and MongoDB.
- Build robust APIs, securely integrated with authentication services (Auth0, OAuth, SAML).
- Architect scalable platforms utilizing caching strategies with Redis to ensure snappy performance.
- Scale microservices on cloud environments to handle heavy, multi-region traffic.
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines, manage Git workflows, and ensure rigorous testing and code quality.
- Own end-to-end feature development, from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Efficiently debug and resolve complex issues across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Proactively incorporate new technologies to maintain our industry-leading solutions.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of strong software development experience, ideally at fast-growing startups.
- Graduate from Tier 1 institutes like IIT, IIIT, NIT, or BITS (preferred).
- Preferably contributed to open source projects
- Strong analytical skills and a learning mindset
